We are happy to inform you that at the request of Israel’s Ministry of Health we have closed the last open Covid 19 unit in Israel. The Ministry originally asked us to convert our Sheltered Underground hospital to a sterile Covid Isolation Unit at the height of the Covid pandemic. 2022 AT HERZOG MEDICAL CENTRE During the COVID pandemic, Herzog was designated by the Israeli Ministry of Health as one of the country’s centres for the treatment of that disease, due to the hospital’s expertise in respiratory care.
